EVENT: (糖心原创) is seeking approval for Design Professional Stage 2 services for the 糖心原创 (SVM) facilities in Amarillo. This approval grants authority for execution of Design Professional Stage 2 services consisting of the design development, construction documents, construction administration phases and provide a statement of probable cost and project schedule.
